SHUT IT DOWN , a protest against pollution caused by coal.
Saturday September 26, About 1000 protesters marched to the Vattenfall coal power plant in the outskirts of Copenhagen with plans to occupy the building and shut down its coal energy production.
Minor clashes with the police occurred as different groups tried to gain access to plant property, around 100 protesters succeeded in getting on plant property ground for a short while, but the Plant was never shot down and more than 170 protesters were arrested.
